Pine Star Brewery is located in the heart of historic downtown Loomis, CA, operating out of a 3,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to crafting exceptional beer.

At the heart of our operation is a cutting-edge 20-barrel brewhouse built with premium, American-made stainless steel. We take special pride in our fermentation process, using stacked horizontal lagering tanks that allow our lagers extended cold-aging time. This patient approach delivers superior clarity, flavor, and overall quality in every batch.

We’re committed to using only the finest ingredients and pure, high-quality water. Every beer is brewed in small, carefully crafted batches to ensure maximum freshness and consistency in every sip.

To keep our beer fresh from tank to tap, Pine Star operates its own canning line, packaging beer twice each month. Our “Beer To Go” shack offers 4-packs, crowlers, and kegs daily — straight from the source and ready to take home.
